John Whelan
Director of Customer Service and Seller Development, Stub Hub
 John has been with StubHub for 9 years in a variety of roles in operations, marketing, and customer service. He developed and continues to lead StubHub's customer service department which answers consumer questions and provides post-purchase updates and assistance. His team also manages seller development which includes the Largeseller account management group.
John's previous companies include Versity.com and US West (now Qwest). He received a B.A. in Political Science, English, and History from the University of Michigan.
