Ashwood Kavanna is a seasoned concert promoter turned music attorney, with extensive experience in the music and entertainment industry. Performers in his management roster include Jimi Hendrix, Led Zepplin, Janis Joplin, John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, James Brown, Johnny & Edgar Winters, Willie Dixon, and Big Momma Thornton.
A former musician himself, Kavanna shared the stage with greats like Louis Prima, Louis Jordan, Sammy Davis Jr., and Fats Domino. Years later, he clerked for a judge, passing the New York State Bar without attending law school. Kavanna also holds a degree in international economics from Babson College.
