NetChoice Braden Cox is policy counsel at NetChoice, a national coalition of online and e-commerce businesses that promotes choice, convenience and commerce on the Net. He organizes efforts to support legislation that liberalizes ticket reselling and oppose price caps and other regulations that impede the ticket market.

Cox has significant experience on a number of technology-related public policy issues. He also gained valuable insights while working for a think tank in Washington, DC. In addition, he has administrative and civil litigation law experience, and was in-house counsel for a start-up software venture. Cox earned his undergraduate degree in finance and his J.D. from the University of Georgia.
