What is a Flex Pass?

It's an All-Access Pass for which you now have the flexibility to transfer, or "roll over", to a future TS show in the event you can't attend.

What is the requirement to upgrade to a Flex Pass?

You must be a current Ticket Summit® registrant to upgrade to a Flex Pass.

How much is it to upgrade to a Flex Pass?

$49 USD.

What is the deadline to upgrade to a Flex Pass?

Monday, July 9, 2012.

What happens if I don't upgrade to a Flex Pass and I miss the show?

Then, there is no pass to "roll" over. The pass is null and void, and to attend a future Ticket Summit® conference you will need to pay for a new TS All-Access Pass at the standard rate.

How many times can I "roll" my registration?

ONCE. For example, let's say you have registered for the TS2012 VEGAS conference AND have upgraded to a Flex Pass. If you miss the VEGAS conference, no problem! We will "roll" your registration to the TS2013 NYC conference. However, if you are unable to attend that other conference either, your pass is null and void, and the pass cannot be rolled over to an additional conference.
