| Ticket Summit® welcomes keynote speaker John Walker! John Walker joined Tickets.com in May of 2010 as president and CEO, where he is responsible for the company's overall direction in its global technology development, sales and marketing, and operations. Prior to Tickets.com, Walker served as senior vice president of business development for the Phoenix Suns, and US Airways Center, responsible for ticketing and sales operations, customer relationship management, and new business initiatives. |

| Prior to the Phoenix Suns, Walker was director of revenue operations for the Kansas City Royals. Walker holds a B.S. in sports management from West Virginia University, and an M.S. in sports management from The University of Oklahoma. |

| Ticket Summit® welcomes Shawn Kuzmin as a speaker on the Sports & Entertainment panel! Shawn Kuzmin currently serves as senior vice president of sales and service for Palace Sports & Entertainment, overseeing all sales and renewal efforts for the Detroit Pistons, DTE Energy Music Theater, and Meadowbrook Music Festival. Under his leadership, Palace Sports & Entertainment has produced its longest sell-out streak ever, and has hit numerous turnstile and revenue milestones. |

| Kuzmin was born in Erie, PA but calls Pittsburgh his second home. He currently resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan with his wife, Trisha, and his own basketball team of five sons, Nate (14), Alek (9), A.J. (5), Carter (3), and Levi (1). |
