 The Ticket Summit team welcomes Graham Burns, chairman of the Association of Secondary Ticket Agents (ASTA) in the United Kingdom.
Burns is a data and secure communications consultant and a specialist in secure fund transactions. His experience in online secure transactions gave Burns his introduction to the ticketing market more than six years ago. Working closely with his clients gives him a solid platform from which to judge consumer satisfaction within the secure gateway field. Burns is now the full-time chairman of ASTA. He administers the day-to-day operations and taking advice from the Office of Fair Trading, the Advertising Standards Council, Trading Standards, BERR (formerly the Department of Trade and Industry) and many other consumer groups.
