Monday, July 15, 2013.

What happens if I don't upgrade to Ticket Summit® Elite and I miss the conference?

Then, there is no pass to "roll" over. The pass is null and void, and to attend a future Ticket Summit® conference you will need to pay for a new TS All-Access Pass at the standard rate.

How many times can I "roll" my registration?

ONCE. For example, let's say you have registered for the Ticket Summit® 2013 Conference AND have upgraded to the Ticket Summit® Elite Program. If you miss the conference, no problem! We will "roll" your registration to the next conference in 2014. However, if you are also unable to attend that other conference, your pass is null and void, and the pass cannot be rolled over to an additional conference.
